These are the following tasks and rules to be followed as a admin of the hns server.

1.Admin is not for your enjoyment, abuse of powers will not be tolerated.
2.Admins must use voice mike
3.People need to be informed of server rules, not abused. (esp. newcomers)
4.HNS members and Regulars are to be looked after
5.Admin is not a tool to use against someone you don’t like
6.Three month ban and loss of admin for good is the maximum punishment
7.Offenders need to be warned and made aware of offence before action taken.
8.People disconnecting because of admin abuse is a major crime.
9.Admins need to be familiar with server rules
10.Admins need to keep the teams at a 1ct to every 3t ratio
11.Admins need to warn glitchers then ban them if they do not listen.
11.Admins need to keep the mic spam at a minium.
12.Admins need to report any glitches and/or hackers to new guy.
13.Admins must 18 years of age or older.

Is using a microphone an absolute necessity? I think that's a bit hard if it is...

Yes it is, Its more fun with a mic.

Personally, I hate using my mic. Plus, there would be people who don't have mics.

Got mic and will use it when required even to spam when asked. lol
